He says its just flirting?

What do i do when m bf is getting numbers from girls on FB and calling them baby all and this crap, but he says to me they are just his groupies and he doesn't mean anything by it. I've already told him that I don't like it and it seems like he won't stop. Is that the cue to just break up with him?
